ASSOCIATED GRAMYA UNNAYAN SOCIETY(AGUS) is a voluntary organization established in the year 1988 and Registered in the year January 1989 under the Society Registration Act. 1860. AGUS situated in the historical bank of Bogidole tank, Salaguri Gaon Panchayat under the Sub-division and District-Sivasagar, State-Assam. Since establishment this organization is continuing its activities and aware about the developmental activities to youth, women and young people of backward classes of society about the programmes of both State Government and Central Government from time to time. AGUS has been engaged in different activities such as formation of SHG, Women empowerment, Income Generation Programme/Micro Credit Scheme, Awareness Generation Programme, Health Check-up camp, T.B. Awareness camp, Observation of National & World Day, Cultural and Sports Programme etc.
